Brick or pour garage wall in a slope?

Hello.
I have now excavated and removed about 140 cubic meters of gravel and sand on a slope, intended for a garage.
The next step is to pour a slab and build walls with Lekablocks, but I am now starting to doubt if this is right. Will the wall withstand the pressure from the filled gravel outside? The wall will be about 3.5m high and 10m long, with a built wall transversely after 6.5m and two on each end, gable. It will then pressure an area of almost 23m2. A wall of Lekablocks with rebar between the layers must have a limit to what it can handle, right? But I can't find that information.
What do you think is the best method?
Please explain ☺
