Need to pour about 20-25 mm on the existing concrete floor, the entire surface!
Will it work with the conditions in the picture below?
What do I need to consider? Which concrete?

Uneven concrete floor in a renovation setting, with exposed brick and wooden surfaces, and a step with a carpet piece laid over part of the concrete.
Concrete floor with uneven surface in a small room with wooden panel walls and a white door, viewed from an open entrance.

What is actually the question? I don't see any form or similar. If you're leveling 25-30mm on such a small area, it should be fine with self-leveling compound, coarse/fine concrete if it's 25mm. Industrial filler if you're not having a finished floor. Use primer. Regarding form, it's impossible to see in the pictures if the edge around is tight. I would have placed tape around and sealed at the bottom.

The edges should of course be sealed, I was mostly thinking if the tile on top becomes too small and we need to chisel more, but if you say go, we'll go!

Slipsats or flytspackel is best for what you're planning to do. The concrete will most likely not hold as it will be too thin and may lift at the edges.

What type of coating should it be?

We don't know the surface coating yet, the wife wants a concrete floor, but I don't think we can handle that ourselves, so my thought is tiles!

Levelling compound?

Yes, it is a product you can use instead of flytspackel. It is cheaper but you have to level it yourself since it doesn't flow out.

Then I would aim for industrial filler; if she isn't satisfied with the result, you can lay tiles.

Can provide some feedback maybe.
Nothing is done yet, but the plan is to fill larger holes with a bag of grovbetong (what's visible under the carpet in picture 1 and slightly to the left towards the brick wall). After that, we'll use self-leveling compound to the correct level and then either microcement or limestone flooring.

Now we have filled up the worst holes with fine concrete, the next step will be self-leveling compound (maybe Mon-Tue), and after that, we have decided on limestone flooring!

Concrete patchwork on a floor, showing areas repaired with fine concrete in preparation for leveling and installation of limestone tiles.

Thoroughly cleaned the floor and primed, then we poured about 2 cm of fine concrete, now water, water, water, fingers crossed and hope for the best and that we avoid edge lifting.

How much longer do you think we need to keep watering? Is it enough until Saturday? The surface is about 8 sqm if it matters.

A freshly poured concrete floor, approximately 2 cm thick, in a small room with brick and wood walls.

Then it will be 10 mm of flow on this and finally limestone.

Water and cover with plastic so you don't need to water as often

Looks really good so far, but we shouldn't count our chickens yet!
What do you think about self-leveling compound, when is it safe to use? Wait a month?

Recommend a self-leveling compound so you don't use a coarse fiber compound in your case. But why couldn't you level from the concrete, it would have been easier with 2.5-3 cm and you could have used fiber compound. 400kg on 8 sqm.
