Hi, I have a small balcony from the second floor which also serves as a roof over the entrance. However, I've recently discovered that cracks in the concrete are causing water to seep through, resulting in paint and plaster starting to come off the ceiling over the entrance. I've been advised to cover it with metal on the top side, but I wanted to ask if anyone has any other suggestions...
