The best way is to cast with ready-made beam blocks, like:

Nail plug for all lightweight concrete is what I would use.... there are several different types, ask your building supply store about different options.

I tested the expander because I was advised that play stones are much more homogeneous inside, but no. It just spins. Anyway, I think it should be enough to secure sideways. It would take a lot for the whole garage to lift off the base, but the lateral movement should be secured now anyway.
