Attaching moldings to aerated concrete and concrete

I have purchased pre-painted pine baseboards and am wondering how to easily attach them to concrete and lightweight concrete?

Since it's a baseboard, adhesive is sufficient. An alternative I've used is to drill 8mm holes, insert a wooden plug, and then nail into it with common brads.
But, yes, a good mounting adhesive is enough...

I used stainless brads. Quick, convenient, and cheap. Renting including 2000 brads was around 400kr for a weekend.
