Is there a good method for attaching panel boards 22x210 to a wall without visible nailing? Like clips or fasteners available for tongue and groove ceiling/wall paneling. Okay to nail but I imagine it looks nicer without nail rows, and it might be easier? to take down if you get tired of it.

Take out the spikpick and shoot at the side of the board at a 45-degree angle?

Assuming Kjell is talking about regular panel boards 22x120 with a rip-sawn side, rectangular profile. A regular board, simply put.

If it is not possible to nail hidden, there is always adhesive/glue, it takes a little longer to mount but works.

Common clothing boards as Mathias says. Afraid they might shrink when glued? Otherwise, nailing at an angle might work, considering that.
