Hi. I am going to build an inner wall in a garage with underfloor heating in the floor. I am planning to use a metal track against the floor but it feels risky to drill, as I am afraid of hitting the underfloor heating.
Is there another way to attach the metal track

Glue is good as mentioned above. You can also complement with screws in the wall or studs in tension between the ceiling and floor.

Would you say that glue is equally stable?
What glue can you use?

If you still want to use some screws, it might be possible to use a thermal camera to find the loops (if it's waterborne underfloor heating). But in this case, it's probably unnecessary since glue works well.

Glue can be stronger than a screw.

I would ask at your nearest hardware store and buy whatever is available. But something not too viscous and definitely in a cartridge applicator.
