Can a screw hook as shown in the picture support up to 100 kg of vertical load if it is attached to a rafter, or should one get a hook with multiple attachment points? The threads are 9 mm. Picture below of hook, ceiling it is to be attached to, and the chair to be hung up. Metal screw hook with 9 mm threads for vertical load query; twisted loop design shown against a neutral background. Hanging wicker chair on a wooden deck, leaning against hooks on a corrugated wall, with brick column nearby. Shadows cast on the deck surface. View of a house exterior showing a gutter, brick pillar, and area where a hook is proposed for attaching a chair to the ceiling.

I can't see exactly how long it is, but it hardly looks like it will go through the panel under the eaves. That said, there are much better things at your nearest hardware store.

It is 50 mm with threads, then an additional 20 mm before the hook starts, so if you screw it in fully, it should go in 4-5 cm into the roof truss. But maybe it's worth a trip to Bauhaus to avoid falling when you sit down. I guess something substantial is needed when the force pulls in the direction of the screw straight down...
