Attach baseboard to concrete wall

I need tips on the best way to attach 12x56 mm baseboards to a hard concrete wall. I've been advised about using drive pins, spiral plugs, and drilling and fastening with regular screws and plugs.

Glue as mentioned, PL400, and press overnight.

Glue if you are selfish, plug and screw if you want to be kind to the person who will renovate the apartment in a few years.
