Hello,
I have a linoleum carpet that is glued on a wooden floor. The carpet is coming off quite easily and according to information, there should be no asbestos in the glue. But to be on the safe side, I thought of sending in samples. I see that the prices vary quite a bit.

Here are a couple of companies that charge around 500 SEK.

Here is one that charges about 3000 SEK.

Do you have experience sending in samples and can you trust those who charge a few hundred SEK?

Best regards,
Fredrik

The Ocab price includes a physical site visit, and the first link you provided is for sending in a material sample for inspection.

Googled, found this.

Sahlgrenska used to do it but stopped in 2022, they might have some tips on where you can turn to. 3000 is excessive.

The question should probably be how a result affects your removal of the carpet. Since it goes so easily, it's a piece of cake. Or?

Wondering the same as above. Is it easy to remove it just like that?

There are glue residues left on the planks. I guess you should scrape it up and send in samples. We will want to sand the floors.

Missed that!

Can confirm that Evema worked well. The response was quick and it was definitely worth the price.
