Are there Do-it/LUX boards for "non-wet rooms"?

I need to build some boxes here and there in the house and would like to have Do-it/LUX type boards with ready-made corners, curves, etc. Now, these boards are for wet rooms and therefore (I assume) quite expensive.

Is there any "non-wet room" version of similar that is cheaper?

And, no, drywall and studs are not an option as I need soundproofing too...
