I claim that it is stone wool and cardboard.

What I reacted to was the color difference between the yellow and the darker wool - it's

The dark part is probably dirt/dust. I guess it's not asbestos. Send it for testing if you're worried.

It is certainly not asbestos, it wasn't used as insulation in floor structures, but it is probably mineral wool that has been discolored perhaps by leaky cracks. When it pulls through them, they become dark and sometimes black.

The dark is probably dirt/dust. I'm guessing no asbestos. Send for testing if you're concerned.
