And how do you do it right..?

From previous generations, I have learned to hold the nail at an angle against a board like the baseboard and hit the tip so you get a slight bend a couple of centimeters up. Then you just drive the nail into the stud. The bend makes the nail go straight down along the grain, which makes it harder for the wood to crack.

Yup, they do. Have bought 2000+ screws there. No clue where they've hidden it on the website.
