Air gap between interior birch plywood wall and insulation (with moisture barrier against the plywood)

I am planning to build a Bolundare and have Björkplywood as the interior wall. The wall consists of exterior paneling, 28mm air gap, Bison Windshield (Waterproof W1), insulation, interior shield.

Do I need an air gap inside this before I install the Plywood?
