we are in the process of adding extra insulation to the house, but a small thought that has come up is we're going to lay 150 planks first and then 95 planks on top of that, but I'm wondering how to handle the distance between the 150 wide planks? should we just measure the house wall and calculate what distance we should have between each plank to get exactly the same distance, but what happens when you get to the window then? maybe it will be awkward with the plank at the window? or do you go with the same distance and see how it turns out? hmm, it's a bit confusing, but I hope you understand what I mean ...

Cc 60cm is standard, and then the insulation fits between the studs. The last piece will need to be cut if it doesn't fit exactly.

Do you mean lockpanel? If so, you start from the windows/doors so that the lock board forms the casing.

Yep, that's exactly what I meant, thanks for that ...going to be a lot of counting :)
