Moldy and ugly, throw it away or use it as firewood.
Too much work to scrub away mold spores and apply Boracol.
Work a few extra hours at the job and buy new fresh stuff.
Says someone who reuses as much as possible, but I would burn that in my fireplace.

Thanks for the clear and good answer! We've taken over a house with lots of building materials that have been left outside, so we have to go through everything to see if they can still be used. These will become firewood.

Good choice.
Try to store that wood outdoors, especially if someone has sensitive airways.
A good fire inside and bring that wood directly from outside and into the fire.
Store it under a roof so it is as dry as possible.
