Crack in ceiling joist

Hi, I have discovered a fairly long and deep crack in a beam that supports part of the roof, see attached image. Is it something to worry about and how can it be fixed?

Strange picture, please take one of the entire room, how far apart are the ceiling beams? How wide is the room and how old is the house?

The room is approximately 470cm wide and there is about 140cm between one ceiling joist and the next. See the attached image from another angle of the room.

They are hanbjälkar. Their main task is to prevent the roof trusses from pushing out the house's side walls. They are subjected to tensile forces and are probably significantly oversized from the start. They have probably looked like that for a century or so. I wouldn't be particularly worried.
