white acrylic sealant for baseboards

Hello!
I've finished renovating the apartment and need to fill the gap between the wall and the floor molding. Since it's a brick house, we've glued the moldings, creating a small gap between the molding and the wall, about 3 mm maybe.
They are white moldings, so I was wondering if you have a tip for a caulking that doesn't yellow and doesn't require painting over after application. If it can be applied and then considered done simply

Is this such a caulking? Or is there one that allows this, or do I have to paint?

Masonry tends to collect dirt unless it's painted over. Doesn't look so good in the long run.

they are white moldings so I'm thinking if you have a tip on whether there is an acrylic sealant that doesn't yellow and you don't have to paint over after application. if you can slap on the sealant and then consider yourself done simply

if you buy a well-known brand, the sealant doesn't yellow
