Which bit fits?

I was thinking of reusing some plywood boards, but the studs are fastened with screws I can't remove. I don't recognize them at all. Does anyone know?

I've tried an Allen key and Torx. Didn't have any flatheads to try.

Placed a PH2 in the picture just for size reference.
