White-painted trims around windows, interior?
However, it is usually high-gloss. If you want semi-gloss, you'll probably have to paint it yourself. Additionally, the nail heads are visible on pre-painted surfaces.
Oops, I'm probably thinking of salning.
Do you usually paint them afterwards to hide nail heads?
It says on Beijer's website: "Place a drop of water on the nail head so the wood rises around the nail and the head disappears, presto." How well does that work?
I was thinking that if they are painted on 3 or 4 sides, you should be able to have the cut side facing inwards, invisible. Or will you end up having to paint them anyway? I thought we would buy pre-painted white ones so we could skip painting them. If you have to paint them anyway, you might as well buy unpainted ones...

Looking at the link that Larsa posted to Beijer and "smygbräda" MDF, I noticed that one edge is slightly angled on these boards. I've also seen that there's an angle around the windows and have wondered how to fit the interior molding against the window's angles. But maybe there's a connection?

0502, is it some kind of sealant? Or the NCS number of a standard white paint that's used?Mäster said:
I assume you use some form of decorative nails or do you clip off the heads?
Excuse the vagueness, 0502 y is a color number, I believe it's called, available pre-mixed in every paint store, I would say..
that color usually works for nail holes on most white moldings,,
Dyckert is usually used.. then the head doesn't need to be pinched or anything..
