I am sitting and looking through pictures we took in Poland at the building supply stores and in one picture it says (I think) that the type of wood is BEZKLEJOWA, what type of wood is that? Or is one of the other words the type of wood?

Deska bezklejowa means "plank without glue." Perhaps a Polish name for click-flooring??? The type of wood is wiaz. Valued as fuel. I haven’t seen this wood here in Sweden (haven’t looked that closely
). Hardwood, often grows in areas that are periodically flooded. Can grow over 20m tall. It is not beech, oak, birch, or ash. Maybe elm?

Recently returned from a business trip to Poland...
Bought a dictionary on day 1 because the language skills were a bit lacking in the outskirts of Krakow.
Agree with 'gaia' my dictionary indicates cherry and cherry-tree when I look up 'czeresnia'.
Also took the opportunity to visit the nearest Praktiker (after tips from this forum) and brought home a bunch of magazines. Big shopping urge but prices vary significantly. Not everything was cheaper.....
