I want to tear down the wall that the pencil points to. It is about 15 cm thick.
Now to my question: is it load-bearing or can I just tear it down, or do I need to support it with a steel beam above the intended opening??

Do you have a sectional drawing?
A portion of that wall may be necessary to prevent the outer wall from being pushed in by the earth masses outside.
