Information for those possibly considering a stuccoed house.
The starting point is a normal-sized house with a building area of approximately 100 m2 or exterior dimensions of 8 x 12 m.
Total length of exterior walls is 40 linear meters.
Prices may of course vary slightly between different house manufacturers, but here is an example based on the above dimensions.
Cost for exterior walls:
Wooden wall with cladding: 87000:-
Pre-stuccoed concrete wall: 123000:-
Stuccoed wooden frame approximately 200000:-
Note: the cost for the wooden frame itself is 58000:- and then the cost for stuccoing the wooden frame is added, there are highly varying figures, but a reasonable average cost should be around 150000.
VAT is added to the above prices.
Of course, one can build the house stone by stone with y-tong or leca blocks or similar materials, but it will hardly be cheaper than a pre-cast concrete wall. The blocks themselves cost around 50000, then mortar, rebar, labor, and finally stuccoing are added.
