What is a reasonable price for roof tiles /m2

Vittingetegel, 160 SEK/sqm, can't quite remember if it was delivered on the roof or not (don't think so). There are 10-11 tiles per sqm.

If you settle for concrete tiles, Jönåker's cost from 59 SEK per square meter, don't forget that the ridge tiles, ridge bands, step pins, etc., cost a fortune!

This included delivery but excluded lift up to the roof, and there are eleven tiles per sqm, so it is 14.50 per tile. An unnegotiated price should be added....

Someone has said that you should budget 5-6000 SEK for accessories like ladders, etc.

If you want to budget for a new system of gutters and downspouts, according to Lindab, you can estimate 105 SEK per running meter of pipes and gutters.

Yes, it was indeed the price of concrete tiles I was after. Zanda for 50 SEK / m2, is that expensive?

50/sqm is cheap. You basically can't even get a sheet metal roof with storage profile, 20/20 or whatever it's called, for that amount.

(1) Vittinge tiles laid and finished incl. paper and battens for 350kr/m2 incl. VAT... 225m2. (approx. 80kkr)

(Material: Battens + paper + tiles = 160:- + VAT )

Cheap JoGI, an acquaintance paid 95 bucks for 200sqm with concrete tiles.

We paid 5 SEK each for Benders regular black concrete tiles. It was included in the quote for all materials we received from the builder's merchant.

Fun to hear that you've managed to get something cheaper than others... I'm otherwise bad at negotiating (in private life, I'm better at work!). But then some extras like sheet metal and ladders are added, which are not included in that calculation...

Recently received a delivery with Nortegel. About 230 sqm for 47k SEK including VAT, shipping, and lifting onto the roof. The roof lift itself cost 1400:-. The standard price per sqm is 160 SEK if using the maximum batten spacing.
A single roof tile costs 15.25
Ridge connection 29:-
Ridge tile 52:-
