Good afternoon!

I'm in the middle of building a playhouse/shed and have a few questions you might be able to help me with.

The Floor
On the pressure-treated wood, I have laid 21mm tongue-and-groove and on that, I want something nicer and easier to maintain for the floor (vinyl or some cheap laminate flooring).

1. Is there anything I need to do before placing the carpet/flooring?
2. I found a couple of solid pieces of hardboard that I thought of using to make everything a bit smoother if I decide to go with laminate flooring, is it okay to do that?

I've never done this before, so I thought it was best to ask first before everything is in place. Extra work is never fun. :)

The Walls
I still haven't decided how to finish the walls, how and what to cover them with, but I have a bunch of 13mm drywall left over from house renovations, so it would be great if I could use them.

3. Can I attach the drywall directly to the studs without any protection behind?
4. Is it okay if the drywall is in contact with the floor (tongue-and-groove), or should I lay the flooring first?

Grateful for any help I can get!
