Have roughly plastered all interior brick walls, Plaster & Mortar C, on the upper floor except one that was previously painted.
- Is there any primer or other "magic" treatment that makes it possible to plaster on a painted wall?
- Would it work to net the wall and then plaster?
- If the above does not work, are there any good ways to remove the paint? scraping is almost impossible and interior blasting is not appealing
