It sounds like he is stupid in the head. What's the idiot's name and his company? I don't want to accidentally hire the fool.

I think the technical issue itself is actually secondary. If it's not a very big mistake, I would have cut contact immediately and posted his name here.
I'm telling you 😏 ÖstervĂ€rns Bygg in Ängelholm. Working together with Sjöströms Bygg now. And he's the same way.

Difficult to report a lousy attitude to ARN.
Hire an inspector who writes a report on the renovation. You can use that in ARN as they will only look at the facts and what you send to them.

I still think you shouldn't call him a bunch of mean things even if you think it's true. It just creates a bad atmosphere in the thread and it doesn't benefit you because the rest of us take you less seriously.

If you name individual firms and call them offensive things like that, it can be considered defamation.

I think if someone behaves badly, they can expect the same in return. I have no time for idiots. An eye for an eye.

Defamation can only be directed at real people, not companies

One can also be the calm person who bases decisions and consequences on facts and leaves personal attacks aside.

Yes, a sole proprietorship can be considered the same as the individual.

Many suffer from never being able to speak up. They are sometimes called wimps. It is not desirable to always be "calm" as you say.

Sometimes one should draw boundaries. I would rather have dignity and integrity than for you and like-minded people to perceive me as "calm".

My point is that you can stand up for yourself without resorting to personal attacks and calling the person in question "stupid," it is possible to express dissatisfaction with someone's actions in a more appropriate way.

That's great, and it may be true for you, but if a male craftsman asks a female customer "is that your FWB?" the response is "go to hell, you fucking idiot" and not "now I would appreciate...blah blah blah."

You're welcome to handle such insane rudeness however you like, but I have no patience for such people. I can add that I seldom find myself in conflicts, but when it comes to gubbslem, I have put quite a few in their place over the years.

What do you think I should call him then? When you can't have a conversation with a person and everything is just sighs and groans. The job isn't finished and when you point out that we need to fix this, the response is always, "How do you think I should solve it?" All the time, and furthermore, they delve into the customer's private life, so I don't have any other suggestion.

Even if the person says strange things to you, do you really have to "call" him something? Interrupt the work and ask him to leave so you don't have to waste energy on such a person.
