If things go really badly, the vault is constructed with "rullarmering" or whatever it is actually called.
In bank vaults, they sometimes cast in rebar which in turn was placed inside steel tubes with a slightly larger internal diameter than the diameter of the rebar. The bars thus lie loosely inside a tube which in turn is cast.
The clever (and troublesome for someone trying to get through) thing about this is that if someone attempts to saw through such a vault and manages to reach the "rullarmering," the saw blade's rotation causes the loose rebar to spin at a tremendous speed, causing the saw blade to get stuck or break.

Hello!
I have been in the project to saw into a vault once.
Find out who the manufacturer of the vault is, contact them and ask for blueprints.
Of course, they will not hand out blueprints for just any vault to just anyone.
Explain who you are, which vault it concerns, why you have the right to saw into the vault, why you need to saw into the vault, and that the vault is no longer in use. They are not impossible to deal with as long as you can show that you are not a crook, as my children would say.

What do you mean by a motor saw?Tengan11 said:
Can you saw from both sides of the wall?
If so, rent a Hilti DD-110 or DD-150. Drill the four corners.
Then saw with a motor saw between the holes. Depending on the machine and dimension, you'll need to go from both sides.
Find a blade that can handle both concrete and steel or cut the reinforcement with an angle grinder when it's exposed.
It shouldn't take more than a day for two people.
Don't forget the wall stand for the core drill.
One of those only cuts one dm deep. If you're going to get through a wall that is half a meter thick (even if you cut from both sides), you'll need bigger equipment that is mounted on a track you screw into the wall.
