Yes, I think so, considering the prices of the various parts… and the final total.
However, it is probably not empty with connections (possibly electricity/water/sewage) as well.
Without the house being constructed by craftsmen on the various parts.
Note that they also mentioned additional fees and personal purchases.
Then I don't know (or I missed) if they included building permits, possibly mortgages, title deeds, etc. (administrative things..)

It costs about 2 million for a completely finished house?
If you don't make any special choices, that's the price for "the house itself" (erected and assembled/built) That is, the basic structure, their standard kitchen items, bathroom items, wallpaper, people, underfloor heating, roof, etc. (basic painting is included, but not more... so you need to paint the facade).T Trallspik said:
BUT as mentioned, just the house NO plot, foundation, or groundwork!
The reason for that (that foundation and groundwork are not included) is probably that there can be a great deal of variation in what type of foundation one wants and what kind of groundwork is needed on the plot.
If you buy the "wrong" plot, the groundwork can be more expensive than the house... (if there's a lot of blasting, difficult terrain, etc.)
So what obviously adds to the price is: Plot, foundation, groundwork, final painting, fees to authorities, connections to water/sewer, electricity, etc. (or install a three-compartment tank/infiltration bed and drill for your own water)
You can always choose to do things yourself, to "cut costs"... moldings, wallpaper, etc. It could be worth checking out, but it might not be worth it in the end (something you have to feel for yourself... what you can and want to do... and what the deductions are for doing it yourself...)
Something I'm a bit unsure about whether it actually is included or not, considering, for example, it didn't include the foundation for the house... is the plumbing work/material in the foundation for sewer/water
You get a bit of what you pay for, or how should I say it. If you buy these "cheaper turnkey" houses, you have fewer options (although they've gotten slightly better over the years in that area). Both in terms of floor plans/changes, wallpaper choices, kitchen choices... yes, all choices simply! The finish inside the house (moldings, wallpapering, gaps, etc.) is often a bit worse...T Trallspik said:
For some, it's impossible to choose such a house; they want their "dream house" just like the picture they have in their head (a special design, a certain kitchen, geothermal heating, Italian tiles, etc.)... and have a hard time compromising with the house companies' rules/choices... and then you need to choose slightly more expensive houses/companies (or build entirely on your own).
It's not wrong to choose one of them... it all depends a bit on what you are looking for, budget, personal skills (if you want and can build yourself), etc.
