Hello!!

I'm tearing down some walls, I've received an assessment from an inspector that the walls are non-load-bearing and the trusses are self-supporting, but I found a 90x45 stud and I'm getting a bit anxious. Can anyone provide an opinion?

  • Floor plan with highlighted walls in orange indicating a discussion about whether they are load-bearing. Text includes room labels and wall measurements.
  • Attic with wooden trusses, various stored items, a wooden cart with white wheels, and a box labeled "Normal-blöja" visible.
  • Scattered wood planks and beams in an attic during wall demolition, highlighting a 90x45 beam in question about structural integrity.
  • Interior wall partially demolished, showing wooden studs and exposed framing in a house. The room appears dimly lit with visible construction elements.
Section drawing?

Only thing I have

  • Architectural floor plan with section views and measurements 2.40 and 2.20, featuring a detailed drawing of a water unit installation.
Hardly supportive.

Ok! Thanks

How do you interpret the sectional drawing? Can you determine from this whether the exterior walls are load-bearing on the upper floor? (And the exterior walls + a wall in the middle on the lower floor)?

The outer walls and the core wall in the basement.
