I will install a ceiling fixture in simple gypsum (on the ceiling) that is on sparse cc 400 mm. The ceiling mount will be attached to the gypsum with 4 screws spaced corresponding to the corners of a rectangle that is about 5 x 45 cm. The screw holes in the ceiling mount are relatively small. The ceiling fixture weighs just under 4 kg, so the load is only about 1 kg per attachment point (though they are quite close to each other "on the short sides"). What type of attachment should I choose? The requirements are: - must not risk being pulled out so the lamp falls down, - must succeed on the first try, - must do minimal damage to the gypsum, - must be removable without leaving a huge hole in the gypsum.

Does it have to sit between the glesen? A gles a hook, 6 mm hole in the plaster.

Drill a 5.5mm hole, insert yellow or red plug, screw.

Molly!

Absolutely not yellow or red plug in plaster or sheet material. A good universal plug or molly. A molly can handle 20-25 Kg (+safety factor) depending on who you ask.

Oh my god, I've installed plenty of fixtures with yellow or red plugs. Of course, you can tear it down if you want, but you can tear down anything with force.

Agree, yellow or red plug-thorsmannplugg works for many things that need to be mounted on a plaster wall.

Not even the manufacturers recommend colored plastic plugs for drywall and sheet materials, so why recommend it when there are so many other products that work better?

Because it's fast and works very well.

Does it take longer to insert a gray nylon plug than a red plastic plug?

Yes: it ends up between the beams (should be centered over a table). And the ceiling mount with the four holes in the corners must be used to be able to hang up the fixture itself.

Molly feels like overkill. Partly because the load will only be about 1 kg per attachment/screw. Also, unnecessarily large hole in the drywall when you once remove the lamp.

Now it's in a drywall ceiling where the lamp is to be attached...

There is something called butterfly med and works excellently for enkelgips.
