I have a half-tiled bathroom where I would like to glue (if possible) a "picture rail" above the tiles on the painted surface that is painted with a wet room system.
If this is possible to do, which adhesive should I use?

There is a glue I use for everything, it is Casco superfix. It is great, works every time.
