Our turn-of-the-century house was remodeled in 1952, where walls were removed, beams were adjusted, and the upper floor was furnished. There have been small bathrooms and guest toilets, all with vinyl flooring, so cracking hasn't been a problem. Now we have ripped everything out and want to build new, this time fully tiled, so the requirements are higher.
Two things come up:
1. The joist structure we planned to supplement with EPS, should it be reinforced?
2. The beam adjustment that is not according to current sizing, should we replace it?
The upper floor as it is now:
- Beam adjustment in the middle, 220x110 beam (orange)
- Original beams, 195x110 CC120 (yellow)
- Extra beams, split in the middle 110x110 (green)
The bathroom will be located within the red frame.

We planned to fill up with EPS, but then it becomes difficult with the low beams, so one could replace some of them with new double 195x45. You can't reach the furthest out as there is a sloped ceiling, so only part can be replaced.
Possibly also replace the old beam adjustment with a HEA180.
Proposal 1:
- New double 195x45
- Fill with EPS
