Hi
I'm looking for suggestions and tips on good ways to attach railing posts indoors. I'm looking for hidden fastening. I've considered dowel screws but am unsure if they're stable enough.
The posts are 85x85.

Photos are good for how it looks and a little of what you think.

Have installed 95-posts with a solid lag screw and a few dabs of Tec7 on the pine floor. It holds well and one is a post by the stairs that is gladly used as a batmobile attachment to take the curve by the stairs at the highest possible speed by the children.

I can't remember the brand unfortunately, it was a few years ago. Bought at Ekesiöö in Bromma before they became Bejer. I would guess it was about 6x160.
