I am looking for a company or person in the Gothenburg area who can help me repair my frost-damaged balcony. Edges and posts are damaged due to insufficient sealing from water intrusion and shallow rebar. Even just advice on methods might be enough.
Recommendations for resources are welcome, but if you have personally worked with the person, that's even better.
