closing up an opening in a concrete wall

Hello!

Many years ago, we created an opening between two apartments, a doorway. The wall is made of concrete. The building was constructed in the 60s. It is a large condominium. We now wish to close the opening to sell the smaller apartment. How should we proceed?

Bricks up the opening with cinder blocks, studs (drills in rebar into existing wall), plasters the wall and paints or wallpapers. Not a big job but a bit messy. But 100 times better / than studs and drywall.
Check with Brf, they might have requirements on how it should be restored.

Is the electricity included in the monthly fee, or is it also combined today?

I will check with HSB, which is the brf.
The electricity is combined.

One question, do you possibly know any craftsmen who do this type of work?
