This is our ceiling in the boiler room, built in the 50s. As you can see, our electrician has just drilled through it. Does it look like eternit plates in the ceiling?
It's a green-painted paper on the outside and then a white plaster-like board inside.

Looks like concrete but there might be something with asbestos fiber there, hard to determine from the images.
 
It looks like masonite on the outside and then some type of plaster or stucco. Plaster began to be used as fire protection after the asbestos ban.

And there it wasn't any asbestos. But the only way to know for sure is to have a piece analyzed.
