Future bathroom. Just thinking of leaving a small air gap between the gypsum and siporex. The siporex will be plastered/leveled up to the ceiling gypsum later, so I don't know how much of a role it plays anyway. Thoughts? Maybe apply a bead of MS polymer there? Considering potential moisture migration, etc. The siporex is 250 mm thick and recently re-plastered externally.
