We have been approved by the association to purchase two basement storage units directly under our apartment so that we can expand our apartment.
Uninsulated concrete slab is 20 cm.
Current ceiling height 2.55 m. [Good starting point]
Landshövdingehus from the 1920s.
An expert has checked, and there are no elevated moisture levels.
According to the maintenance plan, the association will drain outside by 2025.
Which ventilated floor would you recommend? The floor is quite flat and should handle a Platon/Jape mat.
But I'm considering systems like Nivell that raise the floor a bit and then we can use the space underneath for water, sewage, electricity, etc. Then we wouldn't need to drill as much for the sewage? Or am I thinking wrong?
Should we also have ventilated walls? And then only the northern wall [Exterior wall]?
Or keep all walls "clean/raw" and just paint them? Possibly wallpaper some walls.
Got this suggestion from Jape: [There you can also see the intended layout of the basement]
Hello,
I have just installed subfloor in the villa. It's on adjustable screws. On the subfloor's website, you can find different models to, for example, do installation under the floor. Chose subfloor because there are two local dealers where I live.

Does anyone have good input on the choice of ventilated floors?
Thanks in advance, Kind regards, Erik.
