I have 5 concrete footings to support posts for a privacy screen that is 6 meters long and 1.60 meters high. 1.5 meters between each post/footing, and the posts are 95x95. What should I use to fasten the post to the rebar? Something continuous with a nut on the other side or four substantial hot-dip galvanized bolts that "meet" in the middle of all four holes?

A little off topic: If you're going to use bolts, why are the 4 holes in the rebar directly opposite each other? Don't they risk colliding if you use slightly longer versions?
Concrete footing with two metal reinforcement bars, 500mm tall, used for supporting posts in construction projects.

The best is a through bolt with a nut.
