Strong filler to fill up the corner with?

Hi!

What do you recommend for filler to fill up the corner with? It goes from floor to ceiling roughly. I would like something strong to avoid future cracks.

Building putty, epoxy putty?

I was thinking of finishing by attaching a corner strip to screw over. Should I also use renovation wallpaper on it to be sure?
