have slightly uneven floors on the second floor, my plan is to additionally screw the old tongue and groove floor into the joists and then lay gypsum on the floor and on top of that a new wooden floor, could this be a good solution or?? I also wonder if it is possible to lay regular wall gypsum instead of floor gypsum.
 
If you want to stiffen the floor structure, I suggest using floor gypsum (which is much harder than wall gypsum) that you glue with a floor structure-stiffening compound. There are several on the market, but the last time I worked with such things, the following suppliers and products were available:
Ardex Ardurit S48
Bostik Bostik Rep & Fix, Bostic Fix Multi
Casco Schönox FS
Kiilto Kiilto Fixbinder
Lip Lip Flexicol
maxit Serpo 616

Personally, I find Lip and Maxit's products okay both in terms of price and handling. Ardex is the most expensive - really expensive, actually.
