Hello all knowledgeable ones,

I'm building a simple greenhouse from old windows and framing against an existing exterior wall, and I’m wondering how you would stabilize the red beam in the sketch below against the wind?
(The side is about 3.8 m long, 2 meters at the lowest point, and 2.5 at the highest).
It is subjected to high wind pressure in the direction of the arrow.
I’m considering if I should have a brace that starts high on the exterior wall and goes down to the middle of the beam? (Dashed in blue).

Let the diagonal go out to the corner. That is sufficient because you are building against a wall. Otherwise, greenhouses require diagonals in all wall and roof planes.
