Hi! I need to know if it's okay that the smygar are giving way in almost all of our windows installed by certified carpenters? Help!

It wouldn't have hurt if they had nailed a few more brads in place.

No, but it's good enough to nail in the trim.
 
If the frame is made of wood, then, of course, the reveals should have been nailed to the frame beforehand.
