Looked at a house with rot damage on the sill.
Is it an expensive/extensive job to fix?
Skidstahus with crawl space about 70 m2.
If you can fix it yourself, it's not particularly expensive, but it is definitely extensive. I assume panel replacement also needs to be done, and the question you should ask yourself is,
why is there rot damage on the sill?
