Hi,
My first thread start, there will likely be more considering the project we've taken on! =D
I have read through several threads in this subject and have gotten some information through them, but I gratefully welcome your thoughts on my specific challenge.
We need to reinforce part of the floor structure after an old water damage, see my attached pictures. The damage is about 1 meter from the outer wall, and the total distance from the outer wall to the next load-bearing wall is 4.5 meters.
It should be mentioned that everything has been dry for a long time.

How would you handle the 2 damaged beams? What else should I consider, do you think?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, water damage is no fun. A thorough assessment must be made on site. You need to stick the knife into the beams to see how damaged they are. If they are not deeply damaged, there should be possibilities to reinforce. What are the dimensions of the floor beams? Disregard the firrings for carrying the subfloor.
