The ceiling panel just ended with such a gap that I have to rip it, but there is so incredibly little that needs to click together. I need to rip it down to 20mm where the spring is about 10mm. Then I also have to fit it in, which requires about 15mm.

We will put some type of molding with or without decorative touches. The molding states a width of 53mm.

Is that what it covers from the wall, meaning the catheter itself, or is it the hypotenuse? You surely understand...

It will be something similar to this one, though from Hedins and not Byggmax.
Cove molding with a white painted finish and wooden core, angled view. For wall or ceiling installation, possibly for covering gaps.

The reason I want quick help is that I want to call it a night and take it easy...

Thanks in advance! :)

Addition: I have 40mm up to where the spring/phase ends. I would preferably like to cover that.

Pythagoras then tells me that a 53 covers about 37.4mm. Hmm.. I probably don't want it to be larger than that.

No, they were 56! Then they cover 39.597mm! Success!
