Assume that no visible moisture is present in the basement from the '40s, with a decent climate otherwise.
Are the joints enough to ventilate any moisture that lies in the slab under the tiles?
The joints are fairly normal-sized, similar to those in a bathhouse, 4-5mm, 30x30 tiles.

Or is it necessary to reluctantly remove all the tiles, flex the adhesive and tile, then platon+laminate?
What do you think?

Oh well...

You are likely to have more problems with platon and laminate. Tiles are excellent as they breathe and are not damaged by moisture. The downside is a cold floor.

I laid Platon plus wooden flooring in the basement lounge 25 years ago. House built in '71. Works very well. Doesn't feel cold.
You don't need to remove the tiles. Do as you planned. Your basement seems healthy, will stay that way for another 50 years.
