Hello, we sawed up the wall by our stairs since it was somewhat tight. The sawing follows the shape of the stairs, which was our idea, and it's an old travägg. As a temporary solution, there is currently a piece of wallpaper to cover the hole and hold the insulation in place. So we need something reasonably flexible, I understand that masonite is an option but not very attractive. I'm looking instead for bendable MDF or something similar, and what should we use for moldings to make it look the nicest?

I think that double layer masonite and then putty and paint will be good.

there is also bendable MDF

Thanks for the response. Double layer, do I need to glue them together then? I have been looking for flexible MDF but can't find any.
