mount a bench on a concrete wall?

Hello, I am planning to mount a bench (wooden board) on a concrete wall with three brackets. The idea is that it should support 100kg, so I have found brackets that can bear 150kg each. The board is 170cm long and 30cm wide (3cm thick). What screws/plugs would I need?
Surely a concrete wall can handle the weight??

I would use, for example, Essve's nylon plug and then an 8mm screw. Then it will hold.
